* 2 dressed fish (such as porgie, spot, butterfish, sheephead)
* 1 lemon, thinly sliced
* sprigs fresh dill
* salt and pepper
* aluminum foil
1. Preheat Grill.
2. Cut 3 diagonal slashes in each side of fish (1/2" deep and 2" long - do not cut through to bone)
3. Insert a lemon slice and sprig of fresh dill into each slash on both fish.
4. Seal each fish in aluminum foil.
5. Grill fish packet over high heat; turn once. Test after 10 min. (fish will flake easily with fork when cooked)
