* 20 oz. snow crab clusters
* 8 oz. white wine
* 2 cloves garlic
* 3-4 sprigs fresh parsley
Mediterranean Dip:
* 1/4 c. water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
* 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 c. sour cream
* 1/4 c. mayonnaise
* 1 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, dehydrated, chopped
* 1 Tbsp. snipped chives
* 1 Tbsp. chopped green olives
Mix all ingredients together; cover and refrigerate.
1. Mix all dip ingredients together, cover and refrigerate.
2. Place steam basket in large pot; add water to depth of 3/4-in. Add wine, parsley and garlic; bring to a boil.
3. Place crab clusters in steam basket (or colander); reduce heat and steam, covered, 5 minutes.
4. Serve crab clusters with dip on the side.
