            * 1 1/2 lbs. strawberries
* 1 1/4 c. strawberry preserves
* 1/3 c. plus 4 Tbsp. orange liqueur
* 1/3 c. orange juice
* 1 lb. Italian mascarpone cheese, room temperature
* 1 1/3 c. chilled heavy whipping cream
* 1/3 c. sugar
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 52 crisp ladyfingers

            1. Whisk preserves, 1/3 c. orange liquor, and orange juice in 2-c. measuring cup.
2. Place mascarpone cheese and 2 Tbsp. orange liquor in large bowl; fold just to blend.
3. Using a whisk, beat cream, sugar, vanilla, and remaining 2 Tbsp. orange liquor in another large bowl to soft peaks.

Arrange 2 c. sliced strawberries over mascarpone mixture. Repeat layering with remaining lady fingers, preserve mixture, and mascarpone mixture.
