Social Media Guidelines for Commenting and Posting

This is a family-friendly online community, so please keep your comments and wall posts clean. Comments posted to any of our social media sites will be monitored. Food Bazaar Supermarket reserves the right to avoid or remove any comments at any time for any reason. (Please note: if a portion of a comment is deemed not permissible, the entire comment will be removed.) In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines listed bellow. By posting on any of the Food Bazaar Supermarket’s social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, you accept and consent to the following:

• No graphic, obscene, explicit or racial comments or submissions, or comments that are abusive, threatening, or intended to disparage or defame anyone or any organization.

• No solicitations or advertisements, promotions, or endorsements of commercial services or products.

• Details about an ongoing investigation or legal or administrative proceeding that could prejudice the processes or could interfere with an individual’s rights will be deleted from this page.

• No comments, photos or videos that suggest or encourage illegal activity.

• No documents of any kind should be posted on this page.

• No comments that support or oppose political candidates or ballot propositions.

• Any photos or videos posted on the Food Bazaar-owned social channels can be reproduced by Food Bazaar for marketing purposes.

• If you have questions or concerns pertaining to a specific store, please contact your local Food Bazaar Supermarket for assistance.

• You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username and any information provided.

• No copyrighted or trademarked images or graphics. The user should own all imagery posted on the Food Bazaar Supermarkets social media sites. All items posted by Food Bazaar Supermarket are official materials and should not be plagiarized, copied or reproduced without any written permission by Food Bazaar Supermarket headquarters (Bogopa Services Corp).

Food Bazaar Supermarket’s employees may join in the discussion as customers, but will not address internal issues or answer questions on behalf of Food Bazaar Supermarket.
