Snow Crab Clusters with Dip

| 20 oz. snow crab clusters |
| 8 oz. white wine |
| 2 cloves garlic |
| 3-4 sprigs fresh parsley |

| Mediterranean Dip: |
| 1/4 c. water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
| 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 c. sour cream |
| 1/4 c. mayonnaise |
| 1 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes, dehydrated, chopped |
| 1 Tbsp. snipped chives |
| 1 Tbsp. chopped green olives |
| Mix all ingredients together; cover and refrigerate. |
Directions:
1. Mix all dip ingredients together, cover and refrigerate.
2. Place steam basket in large pot; add water to depth of 3/4-in. Add wine, parsley and garlic; bring to a boil.
3. Place crab clusters in steam basket (or colander); reduce heat and steam, covered, 5 minutes.
4. Serve crab clusters with dip on the side.
